Operation Credit Restore
Program which focuses on mending credit imperfections on all of the three major credit bureau reports. Residents will work with a seasoned credit specialist to assist with paying off debts,removal of inaccurate information, and negotiating settlements and payment arrangements.
Budget Me
The budget me program gives residents a chance to sit with a credit counselor to simply go over current monthly/yearly household expenditures, get new ideas to eliminate debt, establish savings and goals, and utilize a different approach to spending.
AHN Locator
Participants in the locator program will be those who are looking for affordable rentals throughout the Hampton Roads and Tidewater region. AHN will provide a listing of all rentals < 1300.00 which will include apartment communities, private homeowners, and property managers. This is a second chance rental program to include many no credit check participants, no application fees, as well as several locations that will work with you on deposit requirements. The budget me program is  recommended to determine affordability. Upon registration online listing will be e-mailed within two hours.
Housing Counseling
Service which is offered monthly to those individuals trying to acquire pre-approval for a mortgage and are in search of a home.This seminar will cover the ins and outs of the home ownership process. The counselor will cover credit requirements, down-payment estimates, good faith estimates, HOA fees, mortgage insurance etc.
