Participants in Rental Rescue/ Mortgage Rescue must be a Virginia Resident to receive funds.
Participants in the AHN Locator Program must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a valid lease agreement.
Rental Rescue / Mortgage Rescue participants must be no more than four months past due.
Must show proof of ownership/liability via lease agreement or mortgage title documents.
Must show proof of affordability (new job offer letter, SSI, etc.) budgeting program is a pre-requisite.
