The Affordable Housing Network LLC. is a non-profit organization in the Hampton Roads area looking to rebuild communities through affordable housing. We work with families to re-establish themselves throughout their communities by empowering them to break unhealthy spending habits, become budget- oriented, and re-adjust priorities while having an overall focus on acquiring affordable housing.

Mission

*To provide affordable housing for low-income to middle-class individuals and families who have been affected by recent housing conditions due to the housing crisis and recent recession.
*To provide budgeting strategies to assist in the elimination of debt which in turn will contribute to the re-establishment of creditworthiness.
*To provide resources for the program participants to utilize which will assist with their search for affordable housing such as:list of homeowners participating in our program as well as apartment complexes and property managers who are participants with qualified properties based on budget calculations.
*To find homeowners, apartment communities, and property managers willing to participate in our program by waiving application fees, looking past some credit imperfections, and in some instances lowering deposit criteria
*To provide credit restoration programs as a means to avoid bankruptcy and work step  by step to get back on track financially and re-establish credit worthiness.
